Do you offer international shipping? 

We currently only offer shipping options within Canada on the website because of the tariffs situation. Shipping to the states is possible, but does require customs to be paid ahead of time, so if you’re interested, please reach out for pricing! (Just let me know which item(s) you’re looking to purchase)

What is your return policy? 

If you have any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out! For sanitary reasons, I can’t take returns on earrings, but I will work with you to fix the issue with your order.

What materials do you use for hooks/posts?

We use quality, hypoallergenic materials, to allow you to shop the entire store without worry for your sensitive skin! For dangly earrings, we offer grade 1 titanium, 14k gold-filled, or sterling silver-filled. All stud posts are grade 1 titanium, and hair accessories + pins are stainless steel.

Is everything handmade?

Yes! Everything is lovingly made by me (Bethany)! I use clay cutters (kind of like 3d-printed cookie cutters) to cut out base pieces, before adding details using sculpting tools, acrylic paint, paint markers, and/or resin!

How are the backings of studs kept on?

My process for attaching the posts to studs has been adapted over time since starting in 2022, before reaching the process I use today! To make sure the posts are secure, I sand the back of the clay piece, wash + allow it to dry; use a little bit of super glue to adhere the post; and finish off the backing with a thin layer of resin! I’ve found that this process, combined with the brand/consistency of super glue used, creates an incredibly secure stud backing, with a shiny, smooth surface, thanks to the resin layer!
